Thank you all for your long term support to GRANADO,
We are holding an Golden Week Event starting from today to 10th May 2013.

Period: 24th APR ~ 10th MAY, 2013
Target: All our customers who would like to order our dolls.

1) Order a head - Get a pair of random eyes free
- Eyes are randomly picked which will be either glassed or acrylic.

2) Order a whole doll - Get a Face-up free
- When you order a whole doll, please choose "NO" for the make up option on our website. Free face-up service will be provided.

- If you choose Katrien or Terra in this event, we will only provide Katrien A version or Terra B version makeup.

- If you do not want the free face-up, you can leave us a comment. However there is no refund.

Please note that during the event period, new event orders will take longer time to processed. (An additional 20-30 business days is required)

2nd Anniversary event

Dear all,

Happy Easter! Granado's 2nd anniversary is coming.
We would like to express our gratitude for your support, so we will hold a 2nd anniversary event from 4th to 20th April, 2013.

For VIPs:

It will be same as last year, we will open a custom-made doll system exclusive to our VIPs.
All the dolls that were released previously could be re-order.

(Scout, Titus, Taya and Takuya will be excluded. As their prototypes are disfigured.

Also, VIPO series are not included as well.)
You can also order them with special skin.

Every VIP can send a request to us through e-mail (dpp.doll@gmail.com).
But please note that you may only order the whole doll. The price is listed as below.

Female body neuvo ($349)

Please note that Fayette in custom-made does not include Cupid's Petal.

If you would like to purchase the petal, it will cost an additional $10.
Also, you could only order the same gender that we have released.

X : Sidonia in Asura skin with 64cm Male body.

For all customers:

Special gift set returns and will comes in 2 versions. You may pick one from it.
1 ) Doll head for two ($240)
2 ) Doll head for one, with face-up ($200)

The heads in the special gift set will be randomly picked.
But you can choose the skin color. Below is the head list.

We will adjust our prices for doll bodies from April onwards due to cost increase of the materials.
Price adjustments are as per below:

Male Body nuevo: $469
68cm Long Leg Body: $449
64cm Male Body: $429
Female Body nuevo: $419

We love to make dolls and we wish for all your understand and support.
March body sale event will be the last event that we offer sale under old prices, please don't miss the chance if you are interested in our bodies.

V-01 2nd - He is Returning!

Happy Chinese New Year! Our sincere thanks to all of your support and tolerance in the Year of Dragon.
Now to celebrate the Year of Snake, we will re-release V-01 in a very limited quantity.

Your name or previous order ID (if you have one) would be needed in the mail.
We will provide a special webpage for the winners to purchase V-01 on 12th Feb, winners need to complete the payment by 14th Feb 2013.
If there are any V-01 order not able to complete purchase in the first round, we will publicly release them for sale on 16th Feb 2013.

Shipping delay due to Chinese new year

Hello everyone, this is Ikaru.

The post office post will be temporary suspended due to the Chinese New Year. We are sorry that we cannot send out any orders from today till the end of February. It's a exclusive phenomenon in China that happens every year. We are very sorry about the long wait.
Also, after winter event 2012, our orders increased rapidly, it takes more working days than before. As we do not want to lower the quality, Crocus Lee will do his best to finish all the orders ASAP.

During Chinese New Year, we will still answer questions, and Crocus will keep working on the orders and dolls as usual.

Future plan for the normal skin offer

Dear all,

Thank you for all your support to Granado.

It is surprising to us that many of our customers want us to continue offering the normal skin tone (yellow).

After discussion, we decided normal skin will be offered under limited conditions.

For all VIPs who bought our normal skin dolls before, you can still order normal skin dolls in the future through our E-mail (dpp.doll@gmail.com) or QnA Board. Also, the price will be the same as "new normal skin (Pink)".

After 4th February, new customers cannot order (yellow) normal skin dolls.
