Good day!

Sorry for the trouble. I very much wanted to buy V-01 his head. I put it in the basket, when the sale, but couldn't pay - I sit at home with a broken leg. Dear Svetlana,

Firstly, I hope your leg will be better by now.  We would love to provide a V-01, but I had to informed you that since V-01 is already sold out by the time you made the payment, therefore your transaction is failed.
All the customers have already made their payment, thus there is no V-01 available.
Please take care and continue to support Granado.
