We are going to send the 2nd lot of boyds today.
Unfortunatelly we recieved a couple of our customer's comments regarding on their boxes had been brutally cut open by customs, and in some cases, even the Boyds were damaged. We have no idea why the customs need to do so in such a barbaric way.
We are very upset and we promise to improve the packaging in the future. We strongly suggest you should check carefully while Boyd arrived at your home. if you find Boyd is broken or damaged due to shipping or customs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
